3 European Storm Petrels were caught and ringed at Cemlyn - the cumulative year list to date now stands at 209.  Perhaps the first sign of passerines on passage including Northern Wheatear and various warblers.

	Teal	·        Up to 9 at Traeth Dulas (9 on 9th, 6 on 6th). ·        Up to 5 at the Alaw estuary (5 on 9th, 3 on 7th).
Waders:	Curlew Sandpiper	·       Adult at Malltraeth cob pool (4th).
	Green Sandpiper	·       1 at Cwm reservoir, South Stack (4th). ·       1 at Valley cob (5th). ·       1 at the Alaw estuary (7th).
	Common Sandpiper	·       2 at Valley cob (4th). ·       1 at Traeth Dulas (3 on 6th, 1 on 5th). ·       1 at the Alaw estuary (7th).
	Sanderling	·       Up to 3 at the Alaw estuary (3 on 9th, 2 on 5th).
	Dunlin	·       c. 50 at Malltraeth cob (4th). ·       4 on the beach on the bay side of the Trwyn, Cemlyn (8th). ·       28 at the Alaw estuary (9th).
	Turnstone	·       3 on the beach on the bay side of the Trwyn, Cemlyn (8th).
	Grey Plover	·       1 at Traeth Dulas (5th).
	Ringed Plover	·       9 on the beach on the bay side of the Trwyn, Cemlyn (8th). ·       13 at the Alaw estuary (9th).
	Snipe	·       1 at Traeth Dulas (6th).
	Greenshank	·       Up to 3 at Traeth Dulas (3 on 6th, 2 on 5th, 1 on 3rd). ·       2 at Valley cob (5th). ·       Up to 18 at the Alaw estuary (18 on 9th, 15 on 7th).
	Redshank	·       32 at Malltraeth cob (4th). ·       Up to 24 at the Alaw estuary (28 on 9th, 24 on 7th).
	Bar-tailed Godwit	·       4 at the Alaw estuary (5th).
	Black-tailed Godwit	·       4 at Malltraeth cob (4th).
	Whimbrel	·       1 at Traeth Dulas (5th & 9th). ·       Up to 3 at the Alaw estuary (3 on 9th, 1 on 7th).
	Curlew	·       80 at Malltraeth cob (4th). ·       Up to 167 at the Alaw estuary (167 on 9th, 121 on 7th).
	Oystercatcher	·       Up to 259 at the Alaw estuary (259 on 7th, 254 on 9th).
Seabirds & gulls:	European Storm Petrel	·       Belated report of 3 caught and ringed at Cemlyn (30th July).
	Mediterranean Gull	·       5 Traeth Dulas - 2 adult winter, 2 2nd winter, 1 juvenile (3rd). ·       13 at Traeth Dulas – 6 adult winter, 4 2nd winter, 3 juveniles (9th). ·       Up to 7 at the Alaw estuary (7 on 9th, 3 on 7th).
	Common Gull	·       2 at Traeth Dulas (3rd). ·       1 at the Alaw estuary (7th).
Divers & Grebes:	No reports of note.

	Blackcap	·       Up to 2 at Holyhead Breakwater Country Park (2 on 9th, 1 on 4th).
	Chiffchaff	·       5 at Holyhead Breakwater Country Park (9th).
	Willow Warbler	·       1 at Holyhead Breakwater Country Park (9th).
	Cuckoo	·       Juvenile at Wylfa Head (6th).
	Kingfisher	·       1 at Traeth Dulas (5th). ·       2 at the Alaw estuary (2 on 7th, 1 on 9th).
	Hooded Crow	·       1 on fields near The Range, Holyhead (6th).
Raptors:	Marsh Harrier	·       1 at Llyn Llywenan (6th).
	Osprey	·       2 at the Cefni estuary, viewed from the Malltraeth cob (4th).
	Red Kite	·       2 seen at Llyn Llywenan (3rd & 6th). ·       2 near Pentraeth (6th). ·       1 at Traeth Dulas (6th).
