·       c. 20 flew past Cemlyn (9th).

Eurasian Teal

·       4 at Cors Ddyga (10th).

Shoveler

·       3 adults and 5 young at Cors Ddyga (10th).

Waders:

Green Sandpiper

·       1 at the Alaw estuary (7th-8th).

Common Sandpiper

·       6 at the Alaw estuary (7th).

·       2 at Hen Borth, near Cemlyn (8th).

·       2 at Traeth Dulas (8th).

·       1 at Traeth Dulas (8th).

Greenshank

·       7 at the Alaw estuary (7th).

·       1 at Traeth Dulas (8th).

Redshank

·       10 at the Alaw estuary (7th).

·       14 at Cemlyn (8th).

Whimbrel

·       1 at the Alaw estuary (7th).

·       2 at Cemlyn (8th).

Lapwing

·       2 at the Alaw estuary (7th) – 1st returners to coastal habitat.

Curlew

·       168 at the Alaw estuary (221 on 9th, 168 on 7th).

Oystercatcher

·       Up to 187 at the Alaw estuary (187 on 7th, 112 on 9th).

Seabirds & gulls:

Roseate Tern

·       1 on the bricks around the main island at Cemlyn (6th).

Mediterranean Gull

·       20 at the Alaw estuary (7th) - 16 adults and 4 1st summer. 

Puffin

·       2 flew past Cemlyn (9th).

Divers & Grebes:

Nothing of note

 

Passerines & others:

Northern Wheatear

·       2 on return passage at The Range (8th).

Cuckoo

·       Juvenile at Cors Ddyga (10th).

·       Juvenile at Hen Borth, Cemlyn (12th).

Kingfisher

·       1 at Cors Ddyga (10th).

Raptors:

Marsh Harrier

·       Female at Cemlyn (9th).

·       Male at Cors Ddyga (10th).

Red Kite

·       1 at Cors Ddyga (10th).

Herons, Egrets & allies:

Great Egret

·        Up to 3 at Cors Ddyga (3 on 10th, 2 on 11th).
