A somewhat unexpected 5 new additions to the 2023 Anglesey year list with Serin at South Stack (27th), Curlew Sandpiper at the Inland Sea (30th), Broad-billed Sandpiper at the Inland Sea (31st-2nd), Wood Warbler at Cwm reservoir, South Stack (1st) and a Red-backed Shrike at Rhoscolyn (2nd) – the year list now up to 205.

·  2 flew through Aberffraw towards Rhosneigr (29th)

·        2 at Malltraeth cob pool (30th)

·        Up to 3 summer plumaged at the Alaw estuary (3 on 29th, 2 on 31st, 1 on 30th)

·        Up to 220 on the Alaw estuary (220 on 29th, 142 on 31st, 103 on 30th)

·    An intergrade of flava x ? at Tyn Llan (2nd)

·        3 at Tyn Llan, Cemlyn (27th)

Redstart

·        Male at Rhoscolyn (31st)

Spotted Flycatcher

·        1 at Tyn Llan farm, Cemlyn (27th)

·    3 at the Breakwater Country Park, Holyhead (27th)

·    Up to 11 at Cwm reservoir and the plantation, South Stack (11 on 29th, 2 on 1st)

·        Up to 4 at Rhoscolyn (4 on 30th, 1 on 31st)

Willow Warbler

·    ‘acredula’ singing by the entrance to Cwm reservoir (29th)

Whinchat

·        1 at Tyn Llan fields, Cemlyn (27th)

·        1 calling at Wylfa head (27th)
